The restaurant's new interior is the work of Italian architects Lorenzo Carmelini and Katrin Herden, where they have again showcased their blended style of modern design with elements of the Renaissance era.

Lukáš Hlaváček is a very experienced young Executive Chef who was also featured at 30 under 30 talented professionals by Forbes Magazine.
His last experience abroad was at a 3 star Michelin Restaurant Meadowood, Napa Valley in the United States.
